Customer Strategic Planning Manager (12-month contract) Reporting

Reports to: Team Lead, Customer Strategic Planning Responsibilities

Develop and execute channel and external brand commercial strategies for Church & Dwight brands to drive sales and profit growth. Champion trade funding design and execution that supports strategic initiatives and revenue objectives. Lead and manage the channel and go‑to‑market planning process for 2‑3 household businesses. Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance to produce short‑ and long‑term brand and financial plans. Serve as the internal voice of sales in integrating sales perspectives into brand plans. Serve as the external voice of marketing in developing external plans and presentations. Monitor and report progress on sales fundamentals and channel strategies, driving learning and continuous improvement.
