Position Overview

  • We are seeking a results-oriented Customer Success Account Manager with a background in sales to drive engagement for our Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage client accounts and drive retention through proactive outreach.
    • Conduct outbound calls to identify opportunities and enhance client value.
    • Meet and exceed performance KPIs.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (outbound/calling focus is a must).
    • Fluency in Spanish and English.
    • Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends!).
