Customer Success (Fluent in English) – Belo Horizonte

Join our team at Builder Accelerator, a U.S. company that helps people build custom homes and earn a 6‑7 figure income. This hybrid role (part in‑office, part remote) is based in Belo Horizonte and you’ll be paid in U.S. dollars.

About the role

• Help our clients succeed inside the program (Slack support, onboarding, follow‑ups)
• Prospect for potential clients (outreach via DMs, email, etc.)
• Keep clients on track, engaged, and moving forward

We’re looking for someone who

• Is truly fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Is a self‑starter: organized, proactive, and doesn’t need micromanaging
• Has experience in client support, prospecting, or sales (bonus if you know real estate)
