At Ascend, we are searching for a full-time Customer Success Manager for a 12-month contract position. Here, you'll oversee a portfolio of nonprofit clients, focusing on their growth in lottery revenue, which in turn fosters our own. You are expected to foster and maintain strong client relationships, using your insights to identify profitable opportunities for collaboration.
