Location: London, Ontario

Work arrangement: Remote (summer) / On-site (fall)

Employment type: Full-time, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Reports to: Chief Brand Officer

Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 CAD per year

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lake.Com is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the welcoming, capable voice our hosts and guests hear when they need help. You will guide new hosts through onboarding, support guests throughout their experience, and keep reservation operations running smoothly. This is a foundational role on a team that will grow with our customers. If you enjoy people, thrive on variety, and take real pride in getting things right, this role is for you.
