In this role, you ensure successful onboarding, adoption and satisfaction across Wallbox’s AC and DC charging solutions. You will drive retention, renewals and identify growth opportunities while acting as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product and Services to smooth transitions from prospect to long‑term customer, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet timelines and quality goals.
