We are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Barcelona to support Autodesk customers with Enterprise Business Agreements (EBA). In this role, you will play a key part in helping our customers achieve long-term success by driving adoption and aligning Autodesk’s solutions with their business goals.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate adoption of Autodesk solutions by prioritizing high-impact projects with measurable ROI- Define success metrics and build alignment across customer organizations- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for a portfolio of named EBA accounts to drive broad adoption-
