Client Consulting & Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and delivering impactful insights.Lead day‑to‑day client communication; manage queries and tricky conversations with minimal senior involvement.Present results with clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.Participate in client planning and briefing meetings, translating client needs into relevant SA&I solutions and actionable research approaches.Project Management & Delivery
