Position Overview

Teleperformance is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) based in Malaysia, Sabah, West Coast Division. The CSS will manage customer interactions, respond to queries, and represent the brand across various communication channels. A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma is required, along with at least 6 months of experience in customer support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
