Position Overview
IntelliThink is hiring a Customer Success Speicalist to work with our steel and cement accounts in Eastern India. You will be the primary relationship owner for plant-level customers, ensuring they get measurable value from IntelliVibe our AI-powered predictive maintenance platform. This is a field-facing role with real ownership: you drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. What You'll Do β’ Lead customer onboarding and train plant maintenance and reliability teams on IntelliVibe dashboards, alerts, and RCA workflows. β’ Own monthly business reviews, tracking KPIs like downtime avoided, MTBF improvement, and maintenance cost savings. β’ Build trusted relationships across levels from maintenance engineers on the shop floor to plant heads and C-suite. β’ Manage renewals and identify opportunities to expand coverage to additional assets or plants β’ Represent the customer's voice internally, feeding product and engineering teams with field insights.
