As Customer Success Specialist, you will join Vaisala’s Customer Success team in Vantaa on a full-time basis. You will join a collaborative, international community with a strong focus on learning, continuous improvement, and customer value. You will be part of a small, high‑impact team of three professionals, reporting to the Head of Services, EMEA. Together with the team, you ensure service‑agreement customers receive sustained value throughout the agreement lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact for agreement customers, helping them use Vaisala solutions effectively, anticipate service needs, and maintain a seamless customer experience.
