Position Overview

  • Ensure high-quality customer contact by phone and in writing in German and French.
  • Handle customer inquiries competently and courteously.
  • Resolve customer issues as much as possible on first contact to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inquiries regarding invoices, tariffs, products, and move notifications, and provide support for digital services and apps.
  • Escalate more complex requests or complaints to the responsible specialist departments.
  • Work closely with internal specialist departments to ensure consistently high service quality.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and experience in customer-facing roles and administrative tasks.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers by phone.
  • Quick learner with a good technical aptitude.
  • Confident user of MS Office; experience with SAP and CRM systems is an advantage.
