Description

/Preferred Qualifications
  • Responsible for Field service activities associated with repair, preventive maintenance, installation and relocation start-up service of complex equipment at customer wafer fab facility
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine corrective actions as required.
  • Conduct customer orientation and technical training on all aspects of equipment maintenance support for user application.
  • Professionally represent the company to the customer. Be committed to customer satisfaction and develop good customer relations by maintaining standards of conduct acceptable to both KLA and customers.
