Position Overview
Our Client, a BioTech company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineering β 10 for their Windsor, ON location. Responsibilities:
+ Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.
+ Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.
+ Be the communication link between Customer Plant and Client.
+ CSE will reside at customer facility.
+ Expedite non-confirming material back to Client same day. Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS). Provide technical support and system understanding.
+ Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment.
+ Where required, coordinate additional containment.
+ Be an integral part of the response teams.
+ Write a weekly trip report. Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates.
