Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and customer queries
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel
Multitasking and teamwork capabilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and support customer queries related to car buying
Manage outbound calls for quotations and follow-ups
Resolve customer complaints or escalate when required
Maintain and update customer information in the system
Route calls/emails to appropriate departments
Assist in daily call center operations
Provide support for vehicle donation and general inquiries
