What You'll Do

• Support customers through voice calls, chat, and email channels.
• Resolve customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Manage customer tickets and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting defined SLAs.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.

What We're Looking For

• 6 months–2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or any customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada will be preferred.
