Position Overview

Mega Walk-in at HCLTech for Customer Support at Navallur on 24 Jun'26:
Scope of the Role:
- Assisting the account managers
- Generating the Sales Report, work on CRM tools like Oracle, Salesforce.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
- Work on account related Queries at backend
- Work on CRM tools like Oracle and Salesforce in backend
- Meeting SLA and TAT
- Meet the attendance target
- Meet the internal Quality scores
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with account manager / customers.

Skill Set Required:
- Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong/Good written communication skills
- Ability to multitasking effectively
- MS Access & SQL Proficiency is added advantage

Qualifications:

12 + 3 years of education (Any Graduate).
