Job Description : Yes Bank (ON TEAMSPACE PAYROLL) Profile β Phone Banking Officer Role and Responsibilities β’ Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern. β’ For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank. β’ Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone. β’ Cross selling/upselling/promoting the banking product is mandatory. Inbound Customer Voice process Fixed plus Incentives CTC for Experienced: 32k CTC ( depends on interview ) Shift Time β Female β 7:00am to 7:00pm { 8.5 Hrs.
