Hiring: Telecaller (Punjabi Language)
Position: Telecaller
Location: Janpath, New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company services and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
- Telecalling/Customer Support experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
