Responsibilities Manage inbound calls on time Actively reply to customers through live-chat Ability to deliver the highest degree of customer service by demonstrating exemplary service through telephone, live-chat and e-mail communication, being solution focused all while staying true to the Brand. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Maximise opportunities to upsell Build and maintain our clientele by engaging and fostering relationships Provide the highest level of customer service each time, every time.
