Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints in the CRM
- Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback with relevant teams for improvement
- Meet daily/weekly targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
