About The Role

• Function as dedicated SPOC for assigned customers and regional agents.
• Work periodically with Assigned Customers and send MIS Reports to customer on daily basis
• Role of SPOC (Single point of contact) for assigned customers is to be honored in terms of queries addressing, MIS Reports and other communication.
• Queries to be responded and resolved within TAT.
• Internal reports to be maintained on calls and queries addressed.
