Cyber System is looking for experienced Customer Support Executives. Candidates with Medical Front Desk (Inbound) experience with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

- Answering inbound video calls with greetings.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Eligibility Verification.
- Appointment Reminders.
- Pre-Authorization & Follow-ups.

Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Patient Calling.
- Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
- Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
Preference will be given to experienced candidates.

Salary: 35k - 60k (depending upon your interview)
