This full-time role begins with relocation to Athens, where full relocation support and initial accommodation are provided by the company. Following onboarding and training, remote work from anywhere in Greece is available.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with product or service-related questions

• Document interactions and escalate complex issues

• Maintain professionalism and adhere to quality standards
