Position Overview

The Role:

As a Customer Support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.


You will be responsible for:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Assist in training new team members.
