DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels
- Support customers with mobile, internet, and TV-related questions and issues
- Assist with SIM card activation, mobile data setup, and account-related requests
- Guide customers through TV box installation and home internet setup processes
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Deliver professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented support
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes
