Responsible for managing customer inquiries and issues related to supply chain activities while ensuring efficient supply chain operations. Duties and Responsibilities



1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.



2. Receive and review customer orders.



3. Provide support to customers by handling inquiries related to orders, shipments, inventory, and product availability.



4. Process customer orders and track client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
