At APC we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Dutch speaking) to join our team. Snip Tech is looking for a Dutch‑speaking, Barcelona‑based Customer Support Specialist for a dynamic customer‑facing role. You will be responsible for supporting our customers, managing incoming tickets, escalating cases to the right departments when needed, and helping us improve our support processes across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a great support experience across different channels (email, social media, etc.).
- Handle customer requests and administration tasks.
- Investigate and solve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer feedback to improve our products and services.
- Support different projects and improvements within the Customer Support department.
