At Webfleet we are looking for a full‑time Customer Support Specialist with a passion for technology. This role is based in our Barcelona office, part of a 12‑person team dedicated to the Central region (DACH/Nordics) and reports to the Regional Team Leader.

Responsibilities
- Provide product information and effective technical and administrative support through multiple channels (phone and email).
- Deliver a personalized experience, solving customer issues and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of all decisions.
- Proactively manage customer expectations.
- Continuously update our CRM system (SalesForce) with all relevant information collected during customer service activities.
- Liaise with peers and cross‑departmentally to provide complete and thoroughly researched answers for customers.
