Key Responsibilities:
Customer support

Technical troubleshooting
– Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Documentation
– Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Service quality
– Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Collaboration
– Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Continuous improvement
– Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
