Job Scope
- Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, payment inquiries, and product support.
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide professional and high-quality customer service experience.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to smartphones, tablets, laptops, and mobile operating systems.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow operational procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Able to communicate in English + Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting devices.
