Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Philippines, Milania – but remote

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 PHP Monthly Gross

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, or Client Services
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience troubleshooting software or technical issues
• Comfortable supporting users remotely
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Ability to document issues and identify root causes
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
