Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions clearly and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain performance metrics including quality, attendance, and productivity.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of college education completed.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in international voice BPO.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in Pasay on a dayshift schedule with 2 fixed weekends off.
