Overview:
Serves as the primary point of contact for dealers and customers within the aftermarket parts organization, supporting order management, logistics coordination, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage end-to-end parts order processing, including rush orders
+ Provide real-time order tracking, status updates, and proactive communication to customers
+ Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, warehousing, logistics) to ensure parts availability and expedite shipments
+ Investigate and resolve order issues such as delays, backorders, and discrepancies
+ Partner cross-functionally across the organization to escalate and resolve critical customer needs
