A core part of that support is the Parliament IT team, made up of experienced people across a range of specialist functions.

You will be part of the Parliament IT Customer Service team, which is responsible for delivering high-quality support and service to parliamentary customers. The team manages technology incidents and requests through phone, email, in-person and self-service channels, while also championing a strong customer service culture across Parliament IT
