The Customs Brokerage Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the compliant, timely, and accurate movement of multimodal freight across international borders. They support customs brokerage activities for ground, air, ocean, and rail shipments, helping customers navigate complex regulatory requirements while maintaining operational excellence. They work closely with internal teams, carriers, customs officials, and clients to ensure all documentation is properly managed and that shipments clear customs efficiently.
Responsibilities

+ Process customs entries for multimodal freight, including ground, air, ocean, and rail shipments.

+ Review, prepare, and verify required import/export documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

+ Communicate with customers, carriers, customs agencies, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues and maintain end‑to‑end visibility.
