Job Purpose & Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses to subscriber base metrics and CVM campaigns.
- Gather data from various sources including databases, big data platforms, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help in taking informed business decisions.
- Generate regular reports on customer metrics, including acquisition, retention, churn, ARPU, etc.
- Monitor CVM campaigns/KPIβs and investigate anomalies through timely investigations.
- Propose creation of advanced analytics & data science based models for increasing customer engagement & revenue.
- Proactively answer business questions from management and other stakeholders.
