You are a Welder with fabrication experience looking for a long‑term opportunity close to home. You will be working in a Heavy Equipment Maintenance facility supporting Heavy Duty Mechanics repairing various mobile equipment. You have a safety mindset and take pride in your work.

Essential Responsibilities

• Read and follow directions in given layouts, blueprints, and work orders
• Welds parts, and may also build up worn parts by welding layers of high‑strength hard‑metal alloys onto them
• Assist in preparing parts to be welded, which may include cutting, punching, drilling, and bending of material
• Use and operate the welding equipment to fabricate and customize products
• Operate flame‑cutting equipment
• General welder’s helper duties such as grinding, buffing and weld set up
