Perform 24x7 security monitoring across multiple client environments using SIEM, EDR, NDR, cloud security and web protection platforms. Triage, analyse, and validate security alerts to distinguish false positives from genuine threats. Investigate incidents involving malware, phishing, web attacks, account compromise, DDoS activity, and suspicious network behaviour. Escalate confirmed incidents to senior analysts or incident responders in accordance with established playbooks and SLAs.
