Position Summary:

The Cytogenetic / Molecular Laboratory Director is responsible for the overall technical and operational oversight of both Cytogenetics and Molecular Genetics laboratories, with a balanced 50/50 focus. This role ensures the accuracy, quality, and compliance of all laboratory testing, while providing leadership in developing and implementing advanced diagnostic methodologies.
