Are you a leader and have a passion for Cytology? **We are seeking a dynamic Lab Supervisor to join our Cytology department, located in Raritan, NJ!**

Cytology Supervisor’s responsibilities and requirements associated with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cytology Department and the microscopic evaluation of cellular material using established morphologic criteria under the direction of the Cytology Technical Supervisor/Pathologist are specified. This position also functions as an integral member of the team while maintain professional interactions with all staff and offering support to other team members. This position will oversee 10-16 technical employee and will be responsible for providing technical and operational oversight over in the Cytology department.

****Pay Range:** $120,000 - $165,000 annually
