We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cytotechnologist to join our team in New York Mills, NY. This role does not sponsor candidates and offers a competitive salary range of $28.68 to $49.74 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Examine and analyze cell samples for abnormalities or cancerous cells
• Prepare and stain slides for microscopical examination
• Maintain accurate records of all tests performed
• Communicate results effectively with healthcare providers
• Follow all safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cytotechnology or related field
• Certification as a Cytotechnologist (CT) by ASCP or equivalent and NY state license
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
