Role 1: Customer Service Representative (Czech English)

• Location: Lisbon (on-site)
• Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00 (rotating shifts)
• Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
• Note: Schedule may later change to 24/7 rotating shifts

Requirements

• Strong understanding of e-commerce products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy and rational decision-making
• Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods

Role 2: Content Moderator (Czech English)

• Location: Lisbon (on-site)
• Working Hours: 24/7 Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)
• Days Off:
