Requirements
ERP implementation experience
Minimum 810 years project management experience, including at least 35 years leading ERP implementations and at least one end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance/Operations) implementation (or comparable D365 ERP rollout) through go-live and hypercare.

Delivery methodology
Proven delivery using structured implementation methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Success by Design / Sure Step, Agile/Hybrid, Waterfall) with strong governance, stage gates, and quality assurance.
