＜職務内容＞

ダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンの中長期計画に基づき、グローバルおよび日本向けに具体的な施策を企画立案推進いただきます。



先進的な欧米のD&Iの取組みをベンチマークし、日本および主要国に最適な形で横展開するプロジェクトをリードします。また、グローバル各国のD&I担当と緊密に連携してしていただくほか、あるべきD&Iのあり方を定義し、従業員主導のボトムアップ活動と、トップマネジメント主導のリーダーシップを掛け合わせることで、一人ひとりが自分事としてD&Iを推進する組織風土づくりを推進します。



多様な人財や価値観を受け容れる風土をさらに醸成するため、グローバルおよび日本向けに組織カルチャー変革/エンゲージメント向上を支援し、社内外広報活動や研修・ワークショップ の充実も図っていきます。



＜Main Tasks＞

- Based on the mid-long term D&I strategy, to build the specific global D&I actions and promote them in partnership with Regional counterparts. Japan-specific actions are also in scope for your own action.

- Benchmarking advanced D&I pratices of the U.S. and Europe, to lead the project to implement them into Japan and other major Regions in a most suitable way to meet local needs.
