Working on a 40 head rotational grazing herdshare dairy farm. We produce dairy, 100% grass-fed beef, free-range chicken eggs, and pastured poultry. No chemicals used.



Require someone who will take ownership of work, work in all types of weather, proactively engage in improving methods and processes, self-motivated, able to work without supervision, and has a strong work ethic. This is a non-smoking property.



Need good customer interaction skills



Qualifications:

• Fence building (permanent and temporary)

• Equipment operation (tractors, hay equipment, loaders, small power and hand tools)

• Working in all types of weather

• Working with cattle (dairy and beef)
o Rotational grazing
o Assisting with calving and medical as needed
o Milking, when necessary

• Maintenance, farm building construction (welding skills a plus)
