MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 5 years experience
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of herd health, nutrition and reproduction
- Proven AI experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic administration and record keeping
- Mechanical and technical knowledge would be advantageous
- Valid driver's license
- Familiar with Afikim,4th Quadrant and Excel
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO - Complete management of the dairy and staff
- Pasture and feed planning
- Management of irrigation system and pastures
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and animal health
- Collaboration with farm management and veterinarian
