**Richmond Beverage Solutions, a DFA company, is seeking** **Maintenance Mechanics to join our team!!**

Perform maintenance/mechanical work to ensure all equipment operates safely, effectively, and efficiently. Responsibilities include general and preventative maintenance, overhauls, modifications, fabrication, welding, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Work with limited supervision and support less‑experienced colleagues as needed.

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Perform planned, unplanned, and emergency maintenance on production, processing, packaging, and utility equipment following all safety procedures
+ Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections to assess equipment reliability and performance
+ Read and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders
