ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Keeps the dairy department well stocked and appealing at all times to meet customer demands, while achieving efficiency and productivity standards. Smiles and greets customers, answers customer questions and helps resolve customer concerns promptly, in a polite and professional manner.Ensures that dairy product is fresh and saleable by following rotation standards. Also ensures that product is correctly priced with proper tags or signage. Handles spoiled and damaged merchandise, or merchandise that may be getting close to expiration according to company procedures and standards.Maintains condition of the sales floor, cooler and backroom.Responsible for general sanitation in the department.
