Basically need a sitter with a driver's license to pick the kids up from school and either take them to activities or arrange adventures for them until around 6pm, full access to house with garden and play area plus books, paints etc and play room and they play happily with one another. Mom works from home so is on hand for emergencies. Kids are competent in Spanish, fluent in English, would prefer interactions to be mostly in Spanish
